Smoked Meat Slow Cooker Dip


Today is day 3 of our 12 days to Unconventional Christmas countdown and today we are going to be making a fun twist on a classic so let's get right into it!

What you’ll need: 

  • 1 full brick of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 Package of Smoked Meat (Available Here!)
  • 1 ¼ cups of grated swiss cheese
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of sauerkraut
  • Toasted Rye Bread
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnishing

To begin, get out your amazing Slow Cooker. Next up, chop up your Smoked Meat into smaller pieces.

Now, we are going to add your softened brick of cream cheese, your grated swiss cheese, your sour cream, your sauerkraut and of course your chopped up smoked meat.

Next, turn your Slow Cooker on to HIGH and cook for roughly 1 ½ - 2 hours stirring it every 30 minutes to ensure the cheese is melting and gets mixed in very well. 

Pair this dip with crackers, perhaps a baguette or most amazingly, toasted rye bread!
